Lynley Forde

Kia ora Hello. I live in the East Coast Bays with my husband and three teenage children. I am grateful to be able to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle on the North Shore. I’m a specialist teacher and have spent the last decade supporting students, families and teachers across a wide range of contexts and diversity of learning and behavioural needs. This has included teaching English as a second language, teaching students with high and complex needs and, more recently, supporting students, families and teachers as a Resource Teacher for Learning and Behaviour (RTLB).

I've been privileged to work with many people; the children I have taught, families I have supported and teachers I have worked alongside have taught me that connecting people to the strengths in themselves and resources around them is the foundation of resilience and flourishing. 2flourish brings together my energy, passion and knowledge of wellbeing science, positive education and best practice in teaching and learning.

Kerry Forde

I too live in the East Coast Bays of Auckland with an amazing and dynamic family life. My specialities are in finance and retail management - from  face to face client engagement through to collaborating with and leading business teams. This has always required having a clear understanding of the challenges/issues people face in all walks of life. I thrive on building solutions to best support those needs and making life better for all involved.

My primary role within 2flourish is to ensure all the supporting elements are in place to provide you and your family effective and quality engagement with us.

I hail from a farm based upbringing in Southland - resilience building aplenty! I've enjoyed a variety of regional and national management roles following university graduation. 2flourish has been 20 years in the making and combines dedicated studies, acquired and developed resources, experience and a lot of time and passion to help others.
